What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, please email seminars@sleeter.com at least 48 hours prior to your webinar, we will provide a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours in Advance: There are no refunds however you will be able to watch a recorded version of the webinar for up to a week after the live event, or you can opt to register for an alternate webinar (or receive a credit for a webinar of equal value). To cancel and register for an alternate webinar, email seminars@sleeter.com or call 888-484-5484.
No Shows: No shows will be able to watch a recorded version for up to a week after the live event, no refunds or registration for alternate webinar will be provided.
Are live webinars repeated?
Many of our webinars will be repeated throughout the year.
Do webinars include time for question and answers?
Most webinar presenters will take questions as time allows. Preference will be given to general questions that pertain to most attendees.
Do webinars include a handout?
Most webinars include a handout, such as a PDF file of the PowerPoint presentation or a list of topics. This handout is sent via email before the webinar.
What are “supplemental materials”?
Each of our webinars is a stand-alone training experience. Some webinars have supplemental materials, such as a recommended book or a guide. These materials are available to purchase either through our store or when you register for our webinar and they are always optional.
Do you offer recorded webinars?
Currently, our webinars are only presented live. When possible, participants of the live webinar can view a recorded version posted a few days after the webinar is given. Recorded webinars are only viewable by those who registered for the live webinar.>
We do have a free sample recorded webinar available. This is a recording of Doug Sleeter's What's New with QuickBooks 2008 recorded on December 5, 2007.
What if I miss part of the webinar?
When possible, we make a recording of the webinar available to those who registered for the live webinar for a limited time. Attendees will be emailed a link to this recorded webinar (if available) the day after the presentation. Only those who registered will be able to view the recording and it will only be available for seven days. We do not guarantee that a recording will be made available for any live webinar, so please make sure you are able to attend the full live presentation.
How do I recommend a topic for a future webinar?
Email us at seminars@sleeter.com with your recommendation. We are always interested in hearing from you.
I would like to have others at my office also attend. Do they need to register separately?
Each person who logs in to watch the webinar needs to register for the webinar. However, if you would like to have others watch the webinar with you at your computer, feel free to do so.
