Webinar Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a Webinar, you may cancel up to three days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.

In order to cancel a registration, sign in to My Account at www.cpelink.com using your e-mail address and password. Go to the My CPE page from My Account. The cancellation link is located next to the Webinar title.
