Webinar Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a webcast, you may cancel up to three days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days prior will be refunded the course fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No shows (or cancellations made after the start of the program) will forfeit the entire registration fee.

In order to cancel a registration, the user needs to sign to My Account at http://www.cpelink.com/ using your email address and password and go to the My CPE page from My Account. The cancellation link is located next to the webcast title.
