Phoenix, Arizona
The Sleeter Group annual conference will be held at the Renaissance Glendale hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.
Last year, over 600 CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers, accounting
industry leaders (plus 180 exhibitor attendees) participated in the conference.
Each of the last 4 years we have seen at least a 20% growth in attendance and expect similar growth in 2008.

Please note that exhibit space sells out every year. In 2007 both Gold and Silver levels were sold out within one week, and the Bronze level was sold out in less than one month. Booth location choices are on a first come first serve basis.
To reserve your exhibit space, complete the Exhibitor Application and email to Casey Miller (or fax to 801-996-0847). The date and time we receive your application will be recorded. GOLD EXHIBITOR ($9,000)
10’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth
Booth space includes 8 foot table, curtain backwall, side dividers, I.D. sign, waste basket.
You are allowed to bring your own booth to fit in your 10 x 10 area.
One wireless
Internet connection, electricity (110) included.
Conference Passes
5 conference passes (provides entrance to exhibitor hall, meal functions and sessions).
(These are the passes that your exhibit table staff will use).
Additional passes available at a discounted
price of $329 each.
Webinar for Conference Attendees & www.sleeter.com website visitors (New for 2008!)
The Sleeter Group will host and promote a Webinar on your product. You develop and present the content, Doug Sleeter will host the webinar. The webinar can be a length of your choice up to 60 minutes. We will promote the webinar to website visitors, registered attendees of the conference, and in our online newsletter (9000 subscribers).
We will also record the webinar, promote it to all registered attendees prior to the conference, and post it on our Webinar page for ALL website visitors to view for FREE through April 30, 2009! This will promote your product to hundreds more accountants and consultants than you can reach at through conference alone.
You may also provide a link from your web site to the webinar for your visitors to view.
Note: This year gold level exhibitors will present their products to attendees via Webinar only. There will be no on-site presentations by Gold exhibitors. We redesigned this offering based on our 2007 attendee survey results which expressed frustration at having to choose whose product demonstration to attend, and to open the schedule to enable us to offer repeat courses of the regular conference sessions.

About Our Audience:
The Sleeter Group conference attracts top experts from around the country in
QuickBooks consulting, accounting, tax preparation, and integration of add-on software
and hardware into accounting systems. This conference is the premier event of the year
for the small business accounting consulting and add-on developer community. Attendees
come to learn best practices, network with colleagues, and learn new technologies
to “stay ahead of the curve.” Many attendees are members of The Sleeter
Group network of over 600 accounting software consultants across the US and Canada.
The average audience member has over 350 small business clients who use QuickBooks and
other accounting and business management products. Their clients are small business
owners who rely heavily on their advice to determine which software and hardware
solutions they should purchase, and the consultant acts as the outside partner for
keeping the business systems running smoothly. Many audience members concentrate
on software consulting only, while some also prepare financial statements and tax
returns, and a growing minority also helps with hardware selection and installation.
Most of them turn to outside firms to assist their clients with Computer Support
