Solution Partners

Solution Partner products are incorporated into the ecosystem of solutions and services made available to Sleeter Group VARs for sale and distribution to their respective client markets. This program helps software developers create and/or enhance their product sales strategies by providing the channel to deliver marketing, sales, implementation, training, and supporting services.

Through an initial evaluation of the software product or service, professionals from The Sleeter Group are able to understand the product usefulness, positioning in the market, and supporting resources available. Only those solutions which represent the technology and service elements needed by the small business market and which meet with our product and business support criteria are considered for participation as Solution Partners.

For our partners, our VAR program helps to meet or exceed target revenue goals, increase profitability of solutions delivered, and improve market position and customer satisfaction levels. Our channel strategy is integrated with the partner company's offerings, brand marketing strategy, and supporting services delivery, allowing our partners to offer a higher level of service to a number of specific customer segments through our VAR channel. Participating as a Solution Partner in the Sleeter Group VAR Program, your application or service will be demonstrated to and discussed by Sleeter Group Consultant Network members. Solution Partners present a series of Webinars to the Sleeter Group members, where in-depth product and marketing information is provided to ensure that the member consultants have a thorough understanding of the product and its placement in the market.

Ongoing marketing, opportunity management, training, and business development efforts help to encourage and support the promotion and sales of the solution through the network to the business market.

Additional benefits for ISVs under this program include the ability to extend the benefits afforded through membership in the Sleeter Group Consultants Network to your existing resellers. Combining your reseller offering with the additional support and resources of The Sleeter Group enhances the value proposition of working with your products and your organization.
