SmartVault Partner Programs for the Sleeter Group Consultants Network
SmartVault is excited to announce the new Solution Provider Program, designed for Sleeter Consultants who are looking for a deeper level of involvement in partnering with SmartVault, and want to earn monthly recurring revenue for SmartVault referrals. And as a member of the Sleeter Group Consultants Network, the program fee of $199 will be automatically waived!

NEW! The SmartVault Solution Provider Program
The Solution Provider Program is designed for business consultants and VARs who typically earn a percentage of their income from business consulting and/or sales or service of business management solutions to their clients. SmartVault Solution Providers will be trained on the SmartVault solution, and have access to a dedicated account manager who understands your business goals and will ensure the overall success of the partnership. In addition to earning a percentage of referred revenue on a recurring basis, members will also accrue Market Development Funds (MDF) that can be used to further the joint business goals.
What Do I Get for Joining the Solution Provider Program?
As a member of the SmartVault Solution Provider Program, you'll enjoy:
- A revenue share equal to 10% of the referred client's billing, paid on a recurring basis
- An additional 5% of the referred client's billing accrued as Market Development Funds (MDF), for the advancement of joint business goals
- A free SmartVault Professional Plan* (5 users plus 30 GB of Web storage)
- Listing on SmartVault Solution Provider page (your company logo, link and 50-word description)
- Up to four hours of customized product training for member and staff
- Premium support access
- Dedicated account management with quarterly business reviews
- Exclusive access to the Affiliate Portal for generating referral codes and links, managing referral activity and tracking payments
- Access to the Partner Resource Center where you will find a variety of marketing resources and promotional tools to help you refer SmartVault
- Members-only notification of upcoming product releases
* You will receive six months free use of the SmartVault Professional plan. If you continue to meet the minimum revenue commitments, noted below, then your use of the Professional plan will continue to be free of charge.
What are the Requirements for Joining the Solution Provider Program?
We've structured the Solution Provider Program to appeal to partners looking for a deeper level of involvement with SmartVault to maximize the value of recommending and implementing the SmartVault service to clients. As a member of the SmartVault Solution Provider program, you will:
- Incur a one-time program fee of
$299only $149 for Sleeter Consultants! - Refer a minimum of $500 in monthly recurring revenue every six months*
* If minimum revenue targets are not met for the previous six month period, SmartVault reserves the right to revoke marketing support including the accrual of MDF funds and account management. Additionally, credit will not be issued for continued free use of the SmartVault Professional plan, resulting in a monthly bill generated for plan usage.

The SmartVault Affiliate Program for Sleeter Consultants
The SmartVault Affiliate Program is designed to help Sleeter Consultants deliver SmartVault's award-winning solution for document management and file sharing to their clients, while earning rewards and adding valuable client services along the way. SmartVault provides an intuitive, Web-based solution for users to store, view and share files securely any time and from anywhere.
What Do I Get for Joining the Affiliate Program?
As a SmartAffiliate Program member, you will receive commission on referrals you generate to SmartVault. Earning commissions is easy – just recommend SmartVault to your clients, and you'll start receiving a commission equal to the first month's billing on any new accounts you refer.
