Now in its 5th edition, Doug Sleeter's college textbook, Introduction to QuickBooks 2004 has gone to press. Published by McGraw-Hill, the text should be on the shelf by late May of 2004. This year Doug was assisted by a team of contributors to update and upgrade the book. The contributors this year include Sleeter Group consultants Joe Woodard, Amy Vetter, CPA, Anna Sheets, CPA, and Robin Hall.
Three new chapters are now included that cover Sales Tax, Customizing QuickBooks, and Budgeting, Forecasting and Business planning.
