Here we are at the end of another year!
Our group reached several milestones during 2004. Here are a few of
the highlights:
-
The Sleeter Group marked our tenth anniversary in May.
-
In addition to presenting 20 seminars for QuickBooks consultants in
18 states, The Sleeter Group held our biggest-ever QuickBooks Consultant’s
Conference in Boca Raton, FL in early November. We had 15 IDN developers
exhibit, and 26 speakers including 10 from Intuit who announced the
new QuickBooks 2005 offerings. Check out November 2004 newsletter for
details.
-
The Sleeter Group announced an alliance with QDA systems, the developer
of QDA+ which automates the process of analyzing the health of the data
file and troubleshooting client problems. This is a tremendously important
product in the QuickBooks consulting industry. If you haven’t seen it,

At this time of year, every practitioner begins the process of gathering
data from their business clients in preparation for year-end financial
statements and tax returns. In the old world, that meant asking your clients
to bring in the “shoe box” so you could rummage through and turn the mess
into a nice organized, meaningful set of records. Thank goodness we’ve
progressed way beyond that!
In this article, we’ll discuss several technical approaches to aid accountants
and consultants in accessing client data.

Here's an offer you cannot refuse.
I've been working with Jeff Weiss of Remote Accounting Solutions (RAS)
to get the word out about their great data transfer tool.
The best part about the tool is that it simplifies the process of transferring
data between client and accountant so all the client needs to do is press
SEND and their file is magically transferred to the accountant. Plus,
they include free technical support for you AND your clients!
Anyway, everyone using this service raves about it. So I asked Jeff
if he would let all our readers get a good look at the solution so they
can evaluate it before buying it. He said great. So here's the deal.
All you do is fill out the information on the attached link and the
RAS team will contact you to setup and install the software for you and
ALL of your clients. This is completely free and it includes all the training
and support for you and your clients.
Follow the link below for details. This is truely a generous offer from
RAS and I encourage you take them up on it today.

This first-of-its-kind software program has been created by QDA Systems
which utilizes the manual "data file analysis" process originally
developed by Doug Sleeter, and completely automates it.
Most QuickBooks consultants will agree that regularly analyzing client's
data files is an important step in managing their client's QuickBooks
files. QuickBooks is susceptible to data input error and internal corruptions.
These errors and corruption may go undetected for a long period of time
causing financial reports incorrect and misleading. The longer the data
file goes unanalyzed, the more work it will take to clean it up.
QDA+ Data File Analysis Software saves time and money by eliminating
the manual process of analyzing client data files. QDA+ allows the consultant
to analyze client data files in a matter of minutes compared to the hours
previously spent analyzing data files.
Order QDA+ through The Sleeter Group at a discounted rate by following
the link below or calling us toll free at 888-484-5484.
