iHarmony - "Mini ERP" for QuickBooks clients

As promised in last month’s newsletter, this is the first of a multi-part review of iHarmonyTM, a new business management system that addresses many of the systems issues experienced by larger QuickBooks clients.

In this month’s issue, I’ll provide a general overview of iHarmony and outline the key features in each of the modules. In upcoming issues, I will explore three of iHarmony’s key business management modules in more detail: inventory management, sales order management, and procurement, and highlight some real-life examples of the benefit they provide to customers using iHarmony.

State Payroll Taxes - An Easy Solution

If you're still struggling with preparing State Payroll Tax returns from your QuickBooks data, you really need to check out DGR Software's ReportWiz.

This software uses the QuickBooks developer interface to extract the relevant payroll data form your QuickBooks file, and prepares a wide variety of State Payroll Tax returns automatically. It creates a PDF of the final return, so you can archive the returns for later retrieval.

It installs in a snap and works like a charm.
