I would look at one of the following products: - ACCUPOS from Attitude Positive http://www.attitudepositive.com - POSIM from Ensign Systems http://www.ensign.com

I would suggest putting the POS and inventory management transactions into the POS system and then transfer summarized daily sales information to QuickBooks using one invoice or cash sale per cash register per day. See our Consultant's Reference Guide for step by step.
