The Exhibits Hall:
The Exhibits Hall for the 2008 Conference is a 27,000 square foot hall where all sponsors booths and tables, attendee meal functions will be located. The Exhibits Hall is located directly outside of the registration area, adjacent to the break out rooms for the conference and on the way to the General Session meeting room. Booth Description:
Platinum:  10' x 10' foot print, booth allowed (to be provided by sponsor) or one 8 foot table draped table, chairs, one electrical outlet, and one internet access. 
Gold:  10’ x 10’ foot print with backdrop, booth allowed (to be provided by sponsor), or one 8 foot table draped table, two chairs, one electrical outlet, and one internet access.
Silver:  10’ x 10’ foot print with backdrop, booth allowed (to be provided by sponsor), or one 8 foot table draped, two chairs, one electrical outlet, and one internet access.
Bronze: One 8 foot draped table with backdrop, two chairs, one electrical outlet, and one internet access.

Internet Access:
All exhibitor companies will have one wireless Internet connection. Additional hard wire Internet connections are available through hotel for $50.00 per line (for the entire event), plus tax and service fee. These connections must be ordered before 10/30/08. Please refer to the AV order form below to order your additional Internet connection.

Additional A/V, Internet and Power Needs:
For any additional A/V, Internet or Power Needs please complete the order form and fax it to the Hotel at (480) 518-8088.  These orders must be placed on or before 10/01/08.

8’ L x 10’ W Backdrop for Gold/Silver/Bronze Exhibitors:
The layout of the exhibitor hall allows for a backdrop for the Gold and Silver exhibitors. This is a great opportunity for you to hang a banner or other materials from the backdrop. For best results, please have grommets placed in the middle and top corners of the items you which to hang.
 
Signage - Gold/Silver/Bronze Exhibitors: 
You are allowed to bring signage, however, signage needs to be able to fit in your 10’ x 10’ booth footprint or on the pipe and drape, 8’ H x 10’ W, which will be the backdrop of your booth.  Due to this year's exhibit hall layout, we are able to provide a backdrop for the Bronze exhibitors.  Take advantage of this opportunity to provide additional exposure for your company.

Exhibit Space Selection:
We will notify you when we need your exhibit space selection to be made. Selections will be made on a first come, first served basis, based on the date of your exhibitor agreement. Gold exhibitors will have the first selection of booth spaces, Silver will choose from the remaining spaces.  Bronze exhibitors will have an opportunity to select their table location, based on the date of your exhibitor agreement.
 
Storage Space:
Storage space is limited to the space in your exhibit area. There is no additional storage space available within the Exhibitor Hall or the hotel.
 
Exhibitor Set-Up Schedule:
Exhibitor Set-up Time:              Monday, 11/10               3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Alternate Set-up Time:             Tuesday, 11/11              8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Tear down:                             Thursday, 11/13             2:30 PM – 3:45 PM

Booth Decor: 
If you want to add some additional color and style to your booth such as floral arrangements, plants and balloons, please review the Viper Trade Show Service Kit listed above.  Any additional booth decor will be at the expense of the exhibitor.
 
Security:
The exhibit areas will be unattended at times, therefore it is your responsibility to remove or lock up all valuable items if you plan on leaving your exhibit space. The Sleeter Group and the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly recommend that you bring security cables for your computers, even during the day.
 

Note: There are NO Exhibits on the Pre-Conference Day, Monday, November 10
