For this year's conference, we are working again with Viper Trade Show Services. They offer more cost effective shipping/receiving/handling options than the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. For additional information on Viper's shipping services and pricing, refer to their show kit. Please note the important ship dates on the first page of the kit. If you need additional information pertaining to Viper, please contact Casey Miller, caseymiller@sleeter.com.
If you have a last minute shipment and you will not be able to meet Viper's shipping deadlines, then ship directly to the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. The shipment should be addressed as follows:
Packages sent directly to the hotel can arrive no more than 3 days prior to the start of the conference.
The costs are $10.00 per package and $50.00 per pallet. Payment will be required upon receiving your shipment.
