NEW! Movie Night Sponsorship Opportunity; (Sponsorships Available: 1):
Cost $1,500. Movie night is a brand new event that we created this year to give attendees the opportunity to gather together and have an evening of fun on Wednesday night. The movie will be hosted in the Media Center (the General Session room) and there will be a popcorn machine and a bar set up. We will provide popcorn bags with your company name or logo, cocktail napkins with your company name or logo, signage on the movie screen and we will thank you as the official Movie Night sponsor at the end of the movie. In addition, before the movie starts, you will be able to give a quick a 5-minute live "commercial" about your company and product along with a very brief comment regarding their raffle.  The Movie Night sponsorship will be promoted on the Sleeter Group site as the “Movie Night sponsored by (Your Company Name),” there will be a mention of it in our newsletter and it will be listed in the Conference Program Guide. New! Massage Chair / Relaxation Station; (Sponsorships Available: SOLD OUT):
Cost: $3,000. Relax! Generate traffic to your booth and get great visibility with a Massage Chair/Relaxation Station sponsorship.  The booth will be centrally located in the Exhibit Hall (exact location requires approval by the facility and Sleeter Group). Attendees receive a seated upper-body massage given by professionals. Then, renewed and energized, they will walk away with your literature. Sponsorship will include daily massage service during a three-hour period during the main conference (hours to be determined), massage therapists, and sponsor signage. Your sponsorship will be promoted on the Sleeter Group site as the “(Your Company Name) Relaxation Station," there will be a mention of it in our newsletter and it will be listed in the Conference Program Guide.

Reception Sponsor (Sponsorships Available: 1):
Cost: $3,000.  Includes your company name and logo on 8.5 x 11 signs at the reception desk, food station, no host bar, electronic signage at the entrance of the Exhibit/Meal hall, and your company name mentioned on the conference web site schedule. Provide us with your single page brochure and we will distribute to attendees with their conference materials when they register!

Networking Lunch Sponsor (Sponsorships Available: 3):
Cost: $2,000/day per sponsorship.  Sponsorship will include your name and logo on signs on the 4 buffet stations and beverage stations, as well as most of the attendee seating tables in the Exhibit/Meal hall, Company name on electronical signage outside the Exhibit/Meal hall, and thank you in the Conference Program Guide.

NEW! Cyber Cafe; (Sponsorships Available: SOLD OUT):
Cost: $3,500.  The Cyber Cafe will be available to attendees to check e-mail and to print out session presentations. The booth will be centrally located in the Exhibit Hall. This opportunity gives your company outstanding visibility throughout the conference.;The Cyber Cafe Booth will include a 6 foot banner with your company name and logo, 4 computers and 2 printers. You are welcome to provide us with brochures and we will make those available in the booth (and replenish daily). Your sponsorship will be promoted in the Conference Program Guide and on the Sleeter Group site as the “(Your Company Name) "Cyber Cafe;".

Chair Drop (Sponsorships Available: SOLD OUT):
Cost: $1,500 per sponsorship.  Cost applies to one keynote general session. Receive maximum exposure to all those attending Keynotes at the ASSC. Your marketing piece will be placed on each attendee’s chair where they will not miss it!

Cost: $3,000.  Your URL on all attendee’s name badge lanyards.

Conference Reception Sponsor (Sponsorships Available: SOLD OUT):
Cost: $5,000 each.  Exposure includes your company logo displayed on a main reception wall (Gobo light), on the electronic signage outside of Exhibit/Meal hall and on each Renaissance Hotel & Spa guest room TV screen; conference website “Special Events” page and conference schedule, Conference Program Guide: 1/3 page reception ad, 1/2 page printed invitation each attendee will receive upon registration, PowerPoint slides running in general session room announcing the reception, announcement and thank you by conference hosts, provide us with a flyer or giveaway item and we will place on each banquet table. Note: Conference Reception will be held in the Exhibit Hall and exhibits will be open. You may also provide us with napkins with your logo for the reception.

CPA Technology Advisor Magazine Spotlight Ads:
There will be a special "spotlight” ad section in the October issue of the CPA Technology Advisor magazine. These pages will encourage readers to stop by and meet you at the conference or visit your web site to learn more about your offering. Special Pricing: 4.75 x 3” 4 color ad for only: $750 (A savings of $945).
