Discounted Hotel Room Rates & Dates To Book Your Rooms:

We are requesting that exhibitors stay at one of the surrounding hotels to enable conference attendees to stay at the Renaissance Hotel (there are limited rooms available there). 

The Sleeter Group has arranged a discounted room rate of $159 for Exhibitor Attendees at a hotel close to our conference venue (The Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa).  The Exhibitor Room block is set up for exhibitors at The Residence Inn Glendale.

The Residence Inn Glendale is located less than one (1) mile from the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa. The Residence Inn Glendale is a 15-20 minute walk from The Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa and we encourage you to rent car to travel between the hotels. 

You must book your hotel room by Thursday, October 9 to receive The Sleeter Group discount rate. You can use this link to make a reservation. Or you can call Marriott reservations Residence Inn directly at 623-772-8900 and request the “TSGO” special rate.  Please note, space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make your reservation as soon as possible.

Ground Transportation:

There are several means of transportation from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa and the Residence Inn Glendale:

Shuttle:

SuperShuttle operates 24 hours per day on a regularly scheduled basis. It offers airport-to-door service. Shuttle Service is $22.00 one way and $44.00 round trip. SuperShuttle can be reached at (602) 244-9000.

Taxi:

Taxis are available outside of each terminal. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5). A transfer from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa will cost approximately $55.00.

Rental Cars:

The Sleeter Group is pleased to provide you with discounted car rental rates from Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Hertz Car Rental.  The discounted rates are available at any of the Greater Phoenix Metro Enterprise or Hertz locations.
