We work exclusively in QuickBooks® - so we can help our clients use their QuickBooks® accounting software more accurately, efficiently, effectively, and creatively than they ever imagined was possible. CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING, TRAINING, & SUPPORT Although we work with a number of clients in service, technology, manufacturing, retail, and other industries, approximately 60% of our clients are builders, developers, and remodelers. We focus on additional, enhanced services for the construction industry because QuickBooks® is especially suited to the industry's need for understandable and useful job costing and profitability reports. OUR PRESIDENT Our president, Diane C.O. Gilson, is a Certified QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor, a Certified QuickBooks Enterprise ProAdvisor, a Certified Sleeter QuickBooks Consultant, a registered CPA in the State of Michigan, and earned the Certified Internal Auditor designation during her years in banking. She has been active throughout her career in a variety of professional, industry, and trade organizations and brings more than twenty-six years of in-depth accounting, auditing, taxation, management reporting, and consulting experience to her clients. Diane is the author of a book: Accounting with QuickBooks® Pro for Home Builders and Remodelers, and is also the developer of the Qlean$tart Labor Burden Calculator (Excel-based program) and of AccountingPRO™, a comprehensive, flexible, pre-built QuickBooks® file designed especially for builders, developers, contractors, and remodelers.
