Key Responsibilities: SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT/CEO:

  • Manage email and calendar
  • Screen CEO calls and route them as appropriate.
  • Proofread content for quality and accuracy.
  • Organize and assist with task prioritization using project management system.
  • Manage special projects


  • Assist with scheduling of Social Media posts.
  • Curate relevant content for social media channels.
  • Assist with creation of annual conference guide.
  • Run CRM reports for marketing/sales needs.
  • Assist with creation of monthly e-newsletters.
  • Assist with evaluating website analytics and preparing monthly team report.


  • Monitor and manage deadlines for Live Events, Solution Partner Contracts, and Web events.
  • Assist with scheduling speakers for Meetup groups.
  • Build documents to support Membership and Meetup Groups.
  • Research content for membership library.
  • Coordinate calendar and travel arrangements.


  • Travel to and participate in annual conference.
  • Back up support for telephone and customer service questions and orders.
  • PPT creation for presentations.
  • Create and update graphics as needed.
  • Special projects as required.



  • Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years senior administrative support experience.
  • Must have excellent technical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to laugh at all jokes from the team, with a genuine expression.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Social Media preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Rep to join our team in Pleasanton, CA in the San Francisco Bay area. The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for developing relationships with our current customer base (Accounting technology professionals serving SMBs) and generating new sales opportunities through leads generated by marketing efforts. The Inside Sales Rep will:

  • Grow revenue for multiple lines of business through outstanding sales efforts.
  • Build rapport with potential accounts.
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Evolve & refine the sales strategy, process and tactics
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
  • Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Website Project Manager in specifying the necessary functions from the company web site, marketing programs, etc.

Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic teammate to help us educate, engage and convert our audience and continue to build our industry-leading digital content program. The Content Marketing Specialist will work with our team and be responsible for procuring and publishing digital content for The Sleeter Group. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years’ experience creating, and implementing measurable online content strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness, drive web traffic and product sales.

  • Manage existing and new content contributors to provide content to meet our blog and digital editorial calendar schedule.
  • Assist in the effort to repurpose and publish existing content into multiple formats (eBooks, blog articles, white papers, podcasts, videos, etc.). 
  • Work with Marketing & Web team to maintain SEO-optimized blogsite.
  • Maintain a record of ad placements, ensure that ad links are properly formatted, and check to see that ads are updated in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor public comments on blog to eliminate inappropriate comments and spam.
  • Work with Copy Editors to ensure consistency, grammar and structure in the presentation of all digital content and ensure that content is ready for publication in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all digital content follows established ethical standards and maintains brand in style, quality and voice.
  • Research eBook book market and recommend pricing for new content.
  • Measure analytic goals and adjust strategy to achieve success.

Ideal Candidate has:

  • 2+ years’ experience with digital content marketing execution.
  • Experience in creating a variety of marketing content.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, communications and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Experience in ePub and Kindle publishing a plus.
  • Experience managing freelance writers a plus.
  • Skilled in WordPress.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience editing and maintaining an SEO-optimized blog site.
